Job Summary
Our company is seeking driven Sales and Customer Service Representatives with a customer-first mindset to promote and sell our various services while delivering exceptional customer support. Successful candidates are motivated by achieving sales goals, building strong customer relationships, and thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred. Basic computer skills and experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications are considered an asset.
Our Residential Sales and Customer Service Representatives are responsible for building meaningful relationships with customers while educating them about our services, how we deliver them, and the value they provide. Through active listening and consultative selling, representatives help customers identify the solutions that best meet their needs while delivering an exceptional customer experience. We provide comprehensive training from day one, along with ongoing coaching and support, to help our team members build confidence, achieve sales goals, and create lasting customer relationships throughout their employment.
Primary Responsibilities
Build Lasting Customer Relationships: Create genuine connections with homeowners by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and understanding their unique needs. Build trust through every interaction while providing a positive and professional customer experience.
Educate and Guide Customers: Help homeowners understand who we are, what we do, how we do it, and why our services make a difference. Confidently explain our offerings and recommend solutions that best fit each customer's needs.
Consultative Selling: Use a customer-first approach to identify opportunities, overcome objections, and confidently close sales while ensuring customers feel informed and comfortable with their decisions.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide friendly, knowledgeable support before, during, and after the sale. Answer questions, resolve concerns, and create an experience that leaves customers feeling valued.
Achieve Sales and Performance Goals: Meet and exceed individual sales, quality, and productivity expectations while maintaining a high standard of customer care and professionalism.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to educate customers and confidently recommend solutions that meet their needs.
- Comfortable working toward sales goals and performance expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong active listening, problem-solving, and objection-handling skills.
- Basic computer skills, with experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately document customer interactions.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Compensation & Schedule:
- Starting wage of $19.00 per hour, plus an attainable bi-weekly performance bonus.
- Hourly wage review after 3 months, based on performance.
Our Sales Centre operates:
- Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Applicants must be available to work scheduled shifts up to 40 hrs per week within these operating hours.
This is an in-person position based in our Kingston, Ontario Sales Centre.
